Existing Clients can use the personalized Client Portal to do the following:
- Track your pet’s visit on our timed GPS Tracker
- View notes, pictures, and recent correspondence from your sitter
- Easily update your pet’s information and visit instructions
- View invoices and make Credit Card payments for rendered services
- View scheduled and completed visits

If you have an urgent request, please use our Emergency Line (585.484.0611) to speak with a member of our OTM Management Staff outside of Office Hours.
